Love this heaps … there is soo much people can take from it … It resonates to a lot of the approaches I use in my one on one sessions .. in particular too, zooming into the emotions and feelings vs the chatterHe talks too about sitting and doing nothing to allow the mind to process .. there’s a modality I learnt called Brainspotting that does exactly that .. giving space for the trauma / trauma capsules deep in the limbic brain to process and resolve themselves .. pure magic that one.Ohhh funny one .. at the 3.20min mark .. he does a “Tony thing” with the Indian accent www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1046662493622848&rdid=CRJtnO46z5Y6gQcL ...
